Adding a surcharge for Credit Card Payments (for Clover users)

How to set up the surcharge with Clover and Hazlnut

Clover now requires any merchants that have added a credit card surcharge to add AVS (address verification).   After you set up the surcharge in Clover, you need to set up the Address Verification System under Fraud Tools (in settings in the Clover dashboard).  Under AVS:  select "Postal code does not match," "Postal code not provided," and "AVS system error."

Notify Hazlnut of this setup immediately so we ensure it is setup correctly on our side.
