Can my PoS make a sound when an order comes through?
If you need an additional indicator that an order was received besides just printing out a ticket, be sure to allow notifications from the Hazlnut app on your PoS device...
- From your Clover PoS, log in as an admin or manager
- Go to the Settings app
- Scroll down to Notifications and make sure Hazlnut allows all kinds of notifications
- Go to Sounds and make sure the volume is up, and that a Default Notification Sound tone is enabled
