Delivery Hours
Please click to visit this FAQ. Once your delivery hours are created, you can attach them to your delivery order type(s).
Delivery Zones
- Click on the location 'Short Name' to setup your delivery zones for this specific location.
- Scroll down and click to create delivery zones (You can draw multiple delivery zones to charge different fees based on distance or other indicators)
- Draw your zone on the map by point-and-clicking around neighborhoods and local plazas. Simply tap to set the first point, then tap again on another spot to create a line. Continue tapping & creating corners in different locations closing it back at the original point. Do this until a polygon shape appears. The area inside the shape is your zone.
- Give the zone name to differentiate it from other zones
- If you would like to require a minimum order amount for further distances, you can add that here!
- For multi-stores, you can specify which location this delivery zone is for.
- If you would like to require a minimum order amount in order to qualify for free delivery, you can add that here!
- If you wish to charge a Delivery Fee, you can enter it or you can leave this blank!
- Delivery Time (in minutes) indicates on-average how long it takes your driver(s) to arrive at a location in this zone. This will be added to your prep-time when quoting ETA to the customer.
- Prep-time is cooking time from when the kitchen receives the order until it is packed/bagged.
- Think of Delivery Time as driving time (e.g. 5 miles away would take about 10-15 minutes).
- Remember to save your changes! Repeat this process until you've created enough zones to cover the general area you deliver to.
