Enable Background Scanning
In order to use the PoS camera and/or external scanners, you'll need to make sure background scanning is turned on!
- Open the Hazlnut - Online Ordering app on your PoS station
- Click on the side-bar menu ≡
- Access your Location Settings
- Switch the 'Scan in background?' toggle to the right of this to ON (will appear blue like the picture below)
- If it's already "ON", turn it "OFF" and then back "ON"
If prompted with a system alert, enable user preferences in system settings
