Enable Background Scanning

In order to use the PoS camera and/or external scanners, you'll need to make sure background scanning is turned on!

  1. Open the Hazlnut - Online Ordering app on your PoS station
  2. Click on the side-bar menu ≡
  3. Access your Location Settings
  4. Switch the 'Scan in background?' toggle to the right of this to ON (will appear blue like the picture below)

  5. If it's already "ON", turn it "OFF" and then back "ON"
