To exchange points for rewards:
- Log-in on the app.
- Tap the settings icon (three vertical lines) at the top left of the screen
- Tap "Loyalty Rewards" from the slide out menu. (You must be logged in to access this feature)
- You will see a list of the rewards available.
- If you have enough points to redeem a reward then select the reward.
- Click on "Redeem" button.
- It will give a prompt to confirm whether you want to actually redeem it or not.
- Click "Redeem" button
- On successful redemption you will get a message and it will be available in your rewards inventory.
Total point count will go down when they use points to redeem a reward, once redeemed it is moved to the ‘View Rewards’ section (see below)
To see which reward(s) you have:
Once they've already exchanged points for rewards, the reward(s) will be waiting to be redeemed under the ‘Loyalty Rewards’ > ‘View Rewards’ section of the app.- Log-in on the app and at the top of the side-bar menu click on ‘Loyalty Rewards’
- Click on ‘View rewards’ to see the rewards, their expiration dates, and other qualification details
To apply/use the reward(s):
Buying on the app?

- Customer must be logged-in on the app
- At the top of the side-bar menu click on ‘Loyalty Rewards’
- Click on ‘View rewards’ to see the rewards, details about the reward, requirements to qualify, and their expiration dates.
- Return to the main menu and place the order as usual (must be logged in!)
- At check-out there is a section for Rewards right above the "Pay Total" button. Any rewards redeemed will be available to use on order
- Select the reward and they will see the change to their subtotal by the 'Discounts' amount marked in red
Buying in-person?

- Ask your guest to log-in on the app and at the top of the side-bar menu click on ‘Loyalty Rewards’
- Click on ‘View rewards’ to see the reward they would like to use, details about the reward, requirements to qualify, and the expiration date.
- Tap to select the reward
- Scan the QR code on the store’s Clover device at check-out (after all items have been added to the cart, but before paying)
The qualifications must be met in order for the reward to successfully apply
The item that will be discounted (what the reward applies towards) must be in the cart before adding/scanning the reward
