How to set it up:
Log into your dashboard and go to the Guests page. From there, select Feedback from the top menu.

You can toggle feedback on for all stores or choose Manage Stores to enable it for specific locations. If you would like customers to be directed to Google after leaving positive feedback, make sure to add your Google review link in the feedback settings.
Once feedback starts coming in, submitted reviews and comments will appear on this page.
