Forwarding your phone number.
When you sign up for HazlVoiceLite, Hazlnut provides a phone number for you. If you choose to provide this phone number directly to your customers, you will not need to do anything different with your phones.
If you decide you want to use a different number to give your customer, you must forward that number to the Hazlnut provided number. In this case you need to have 2 lines in your store. 1 line will be the one you forward to the HazlvoiceLite Number. The other line will be the number that Hazlnut can forward to if customers choose the option to speak to someone in the store.
Example: Store Line A forward to Hazlvoice Number. Customers select option to speak to someone at the store so it will forward to Store Line B which will ring for your staff to answer.
Contact your phone company for instructions on how to enable call forwarding. (in the US, most lines can be forwarded by dialing *72 and then the HazlVoiceLite Number. )
