How to view and manually redeem rewards in the Dashboard.
If your Clover is not scanning rewards properly or you need to look up a customer's active rewards for any reason, you can find this information in the Hazlnut Dashboard.
1. Log into the Hazlnut Dashboard
2. On the upper righthand Menu, select Guests.
3. To find the guest, you can filter for their email or user name (Use Refine Results in the upper righthand corder
4. Select the present icon by their User name.
5. If the user has any active offers, they will show up in the popup window.
6. Select the offer you want to redeem and hit Mark as Redeemed. A window will open confirming it has been redeemed.
7. To apply the reward to the customer's order you will need to apply the discount manually in Clover.
*Please note that expired or used rewards will not be visible.
