Order Data & Order Details

Browse order information related to each order placed through Hazlnut

  • Ticket #: This is the Order ID that can be found on their emailed receipt, printed receipt and Clover orders app
    • You can click the ID to expand into Order Details. This will show you what they added to their cart, as well as each moodifier they chose for each item. 
  • Username: For customers who were logged in on the app, their username and email address the account was registered under will be seen here.
  • Email: The email address can be from the app-registered account, or the email address they manually entered at check-out
  • Total & Discount: Shows you how much they spent on the order, and if they used a discount at check-out it will show you how much was removed from the total.
  • Address/City/State/Zip: Details of the location they ordered from
  • Date: This is the day & time stamp in your local time. This is when the customer placed the order through Hazlnut, not when they were quoted  it would be ready, nor a future time they selected.
  • Source: You can filter these results to see where the order came from. The options are web, kiosk, iOS app, or Android app. 

Refine Results

  • Search for an Order ID if you need to find a specific order
  • Filter by Username or Email if you want to find all the orders made by a specific person
  • Filter by Min. or Max. Total spent on the order
  • Filter by Min. or Max. Discount applied towards their order
  • Address:
    • Filter by the specific location address they ordered from
    • Filter by the City they ordered from
    • Filter by the State they ordered from
    • Filter by the Zipcode they ordered from
  • You can search by a Custom Date range of your choice. This will be the date they placed/paid for the order. 
  • Filter by Source to see all orders placed through a specific method (Web/Kiosk/iOS app/Android app)
