Orders that come through the Hazlnut platform (online ordering or apps) will appear on your Clover ‘Order’ app.
- Make sure the Hazlnut app is always open/active and running in the background (don't force quit or swipe to close the app)
- Make sure the ‘Orders’ app has all search filters cleared
- Orders
- Order types
- Employees
- Tenders
- Sources
Remember to clear your filters!
- The orders that come through the Hazlnut platform (online ordering or apps) will appear:
- Under the order type: ‘App Pickup’, 'App Curbside', 'App Delivery', etc.
- And employee name: ‘Hazlnut’
