Why are orders from Hazlnut not appearing in Orders ?

Orders that come through the Hazlnut platform (online ordering or apps) will appear on your Clover ‘Order’ app.

  • Make sure the Hazlnut app is always open/active and running in the background (don't force quit or swipe to close the app)
  • Make sure the ‘Orders’ app has all search filters cleared
    • Orders
    • Order types
    • Employees
    • Tenders
    • Sources

Remember to clear your filters!

  • The orders that come through the Hazlnut platform (online ordering or apps) will appear:
    • Under the order type: ‘App Pickup’, 'App Curbside', 'App Delivery', etc.
    • And employee name: ‘Hazlnut’
