Why are orders from Hazlnut not appearing on my PoS ?

  • Make sure the Hazlnut app is always open/active and running in the background (don't force quit or swipe to close the app)
  • Make sure the ‘Orders’ app has all search filters cleared
    • Orders
    • Order types
    • Employees
    • Tenders
    • Sources
  • The orders that come through the Hazlnut platform (online ordering or apps) will appear:
    • Under the order type: ‘App Pickup’, 'App Curbside', 'App Delivery', etc.
    • And employee name: ‘Hazlnut’

If you or one of your employees accidentally deleted, renamed, or disabled the admin access for the order type(s) or employee we created, please contact us at support@hazlnut.com
