Custom Receipt Message

This message appears for web/online orders ONLY

 

When a customer checks-out from a web order, their screen changes to a summary of their order. They can also take a screenshot of this page for their own records as a receipt (slightly similar to the emailed confirmation receipt they get after their order). 

  1. Log into the Hazlnut Dashboard
  2. Click on 'Settings'
  3. Click on 'Advanced'
  4. Click on 'User Communications'
  5. Here you can enter your Online Ordering - Custom Receipt Message
    1. Try to stay below 50 characters 
    2. Use <br> to add a new line of text
    3. At this time, our system may show a 'Server Not Responding' error when using special characters. 

  6. Remember to save your changes!
