We do not currently support gift card payments on the app or online ordering system yet, but our developers are working on implementing that function at some point in the future! In the meantime, please use only accept gift card for in-person purchases.
If your business is setup to accept ‘pay cash’ as an alternative payment option, you can accept the gift card when your customer arrives to pickup & pay for their order.
These orders will print as 'UNPAID' and it will show up on your Clover orders/transactions details as an open & unpaid order. You will need to train your staff to collect payment when they arrive to pickup their order, and manually "close out" the order at the end of the day.
