"Oops, no menu..."

This error displays for a couple of reasons:

  • All items are set to not display online
  • All categories are set to not display online
    • Modify the categories you need to display and set "Show Online?" to YES
  • The customer is on poor network connection and tried to view the menu before it fully loaded all the details. In this event, when launching the app allow the map screen to zoom into your location before clicking "Order Now" or "Place Future Order"
