Active/Inactive?
The this toggle stays on by default: this indicates whether you are currently open for business & accepting orders or not... Your hours of operation will automatically turn it on/off on a daily/hourly basis.
Turn the Active toggle OFF to the grey position to shut down online ordering until further notice
Turn the Active toggle ON to the teal position to enable online ordering until further notice
Closing for just one or a few days?
Change your hours of operation to be closed on that weekday by deleting the day(s), therefore you can still take future orders for the other weekdays when you will be open.
Holiday hours? Close certain days of the week for an upcoming holiday or event by deleting the hours for that day of the week.
Closing on short notice?
If you ever experience an unforeseen emergency and need to shut off online ordering until further notice, you can turn off the 'Active/Inactive' toggle and the entire online ordering will shut down.
A message will appear saying: "Store closed. The store is currently not accepting orders."
If you ever need to close at short notice, we recommend adding an urgent message to notify your customers.
