Short Name/Nickname
This is the easiest way to distinguish between all your locations whether it's the name of the city you're in, the street you're on, or the name of your shopping plaza.
- From the Hazlnut dashboard, click on the location you wish to edit
- Double click into the textbox to change the Short Name
- Remember to save your changes!
Phone Number
This is the store number your customers can call if they needed to adjust their order or had additional questions.
- From the Hazlnut dashboard, click on the location you wish to edit
- Double click into the textbox to change the Phone number
- Remember to save your changes!
Email Address
This is for Hazlnut records and will serve as the email directly related to this location in order to contact the team if we notice something is wrong, receive notice that orders aren't printing, or have a general question.

Address Info
This affects your Custom Header message on your online ordering site, the map pin on the app, and the store information on the app. Please enter an accurate street address so customers can visit the correct location via GPS.

- Double click into the textbox to update the Zip Code
- Make sure the Latitude & Longitude coordinates are accurate for this address

Order Info
This affects your average order prep-time and you have the option to add more time to the average quoted prep-time based on ticket size.
If your average ticket is around $10, you may want to add a few minutes to orders over $50, and it will continue to add time for every $50 more that get spent.
Hours
Think of these hours as your kitchen hours. What is the earliest time a customer can place and order? What is the latest time your kitchen can accept an order?
